SHIPPING POLICY

At Apexx Bows it is our intention to get your shipment to you as fast and reliably as possible. We highly value our customers and do our best to provide an optimal customer experience at every touchpoint.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Please note that all shipping time frames are estimates from the time the items are shipped and there is no guarantee your order will arrive within the estimated time frame. However, the shipping providers we choose have exceptional track records for getting our packages delivered within the estimated time frames, which is why we use them over others.

For all in-stock products fulfilled directly from us, we typically process orders within 2 to 3 business days. We do not process orders or ship on weekends. Orders taken on Fridays will typically ship Monday or Tuesday of the following week. During seasons of high demand, processing times may increase slightly but we do our best to get orders out promptly.

Our domestic shipping option is USPS or UPS. Intra-Canada shipments typically ship Canada Post or FedEx and are fulfilled through a 3rd party fulfillment service typically processed within 1-2 business day.

International orders ship via UPS or DHL. While these options may have higher cost than others, they are the only carriers to consistently deliver packages on-time and include tracking details at every step. We are open to using other solutions on a per order basis. If desired, please reach out to us. 

Each shipment that goes out triggers an automated email confirming your order has moved to a 'shipped' status and includes tracking details. These emails are sent from our eCommerce system and are automatically sent to whatever email address provided to us during checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email within our standard order processing times.
